Who is all getting married on this date? I am 127 days out, I have the following done
Officiant booked and deposit paid
Hall booked and deposit paid
Cake deposit paid (had cake tastings, chose champagne and white chocolate)
Bought and have my dress
2 out of 5 bridesmaid have their dresses
Suit chosen but have to get the guys to go in
Been working on decorations ( have 2 large totes of decorations, idk how much more to get)
Going to order the wine
Invitations sent ( have 4 to RSVP still)
I have to call Costco for price of flowers and work on finding someone to do bouquet
Dinner is potluck.
I have a bunch of candy for the candy bar and dishes.

What else am I missing?

Luckily my dress won't need alterations, I bought my veil on Monday, hair and makeup is booked (just need to do trials, but gotta order contacts) I ordered my jewelry last night. All decorations are now done. (Thank God)

I'm also May 4, 2019! 4 months 2 days, eek!
You're pretty well set - A few things I noticed:
Arrange for dress alterations. You need to find a seamstress ASAP - you won't do the alterations until the month before, but you want to find your seamstress now.
Accessories for you and the bridesmaids.
Hair and makeup booked for you and the bridesmaids.

Yes the candy bar. The ceremony and reception will be at the same spot. One of my bridesmaids has a large Cadillac SUV for us girls plus my FH has a classic car him and the guys will ride in.

Are you doing party favours for guests to take home?

Transportation? I.e. limo, bus, etc.

Photographer done, not having a DJ but created a playlist for everything and have dj equipment at the hall. Have the MC
