Matching wedding bands. Yes or No?

Thank you! I am excited to be a part of the community! I have started looking! I actually found the perfect one from costco but it ended up being sold before I had a chance to get it. (Costco has amazing jewlery at fantastic prices!) Now i'm stuck going custom. We have looked in countless jewlery stores but there is nothing that really matches my ring. I want round rubies with diamond baquets in the wedding band and it's not easy to find (Do you have any recommendations?). I want to get my fiance a black ring with maybe the empire logo on it. We are having a Star Wars meets Disney Princess themed wedding so might go all out and coordinate that!

I say it's great but not necessarily mandotory. Our rings have matching curves for the designs.

Each person gets what they want. You are wearing it for the rest of your life, so each person should get what they love.

I want him to like his wedding band so ours probably won't match as my ring will have stones and that is definitely not something he wants.

My FH wants a spinner ring. So our bands will not be matching, I'm good with it because I want him to love his ring.

I've wanted to get matching wedding bands but my FH didn't want anything too "blingy" or shiny or with diamonds. So in the end, I let him chose the band he loves and we bought a band that matches the setting on my engagement ring

I would like matching rose gold, simple bands

If he can find one in white gold that he likes then he will get that so our bands are the same colour but my rings have a lot of diamonds in it where he just wants a simple band and maybe an engraving on it and thats it!

Ours will be matching! I would to engrave inside, I Found The One My Soul Loves! Corny I know but I love it!

I say yes if you are too, but not mandatory. What we did, in our case: My FH got his wedding band to match with the design of my engagement ring and band.

I like the idea of matching bands but ours do not match. Mine matches my engagement ring and his is completely different. (He didn't want amethysts on his surprise surprise! )
