Hey wonderful community!

Have you heard of this original idea?

Instead of having unity candles, sand or cocktails, this couple made a unity sandwich!

Unity sandwich

Layers or meaning

Bread: The foundation that represents trust and communication

Meat: Representing strength from protein

Colby Jack cheese: Representing two families coming together like the mixed cheese

Tomato: Is it a fruit? Is it a vegetable? The tomatoes represent... conflict!

Lettuce: Pulled from the head, it represents the dreams they share

Mayo and mustard: Adding flavour and excitement to the marriage

Lol thats funny! i like the concept but that would be awkward to just eat a sandwich in front of everyone... and I wouldn't want to ruin my dress

I think it might be reaching a bit... You'd have to REALLY love sandwiches to do this! I wouldn't want to mess up my hair and makeup and possibly spill on my dress!
