Yes, I believe it was Etsy I saw the Pearl Vans but definitely couldn't justify spending $200+ on shoes!! I've ordered a few different pairs of Pearl heels from SHEIN and TEMU but nothing has been quiet right, they were super cute but the fit just wasn't right.

Also what a beautiful location for your wedding, my fiancé and I went to Banff last August for the first time it was absolutely amazing. I have a family member getting married at Castle Mountain Resort in Pincher Creek Alberta in September, can't wait to go back out and visit!

It is so hard finding the exact thing you want - you can find those on Etsy but they cost like $200 and up. It was actually a lot easier than I anticipated to do and the pearls have been staying on great so far! I have been walking in them to break them in, wore them for 2 dress fittings and also for practicing our first dance and nothing has fallen off!

Girl!! Amazing job and so cute! I'm trying to tie pearls into my wedding where I can, and have been looking for the perfect shoe that has pearls on them, looks like I may be adding another DIY to my list! I've been wanting to do something similar to this with a pair of white vans for the reception.

Right - especially for price.

Anything that was even remotely close in terms of style and actually had wide feet shoes were in the 100s. Everything all in was $45. Just goes to show how anything with wedding in front, the prices are jacked up :/

If you wouldn't have told us you made them I would have asked wear did you buy them.

So I was originally going to do a white van with a white satin lace to make it cute, but my feet get so huge that I've decided to just wear my white fuzzy bride slippers I made for me and the girls.

I will be comfy from AM to PM lol.

Definitely try it out! I bought my plain white heels from DSW on sale for $30. And it was surprisingly easy to do. Especially since I am not very artistically inclined; I thought I would bomb these but it was fairly easy to do.
