Do you have a budget that you're hoping to stick to? We're going with Urban Prairie and have found them to be super flexible. We managed to go down to $35/plate from $45/plate by cutting out the canapes and dessert options (we're doing doughnuts for dessert). Also, if there's anything in particular that you're hoping for, they can pretty much do anything. We wanted a chicken option, and a beef. They don't really have beef options on their catering menu, but they gave us great suggestions for what they can do.

Our venue is out in Steinbach too. They cater a ton out there and cook on site, which not all caterers do.

We're not using them for bar service though. We found bartenders that were half the cost per person. Our friends used them for their wedding and they were good, so we're going that route.
