Lingerie - traditional white or a daring color?

I will probably change out of my dress and into lingerie for the wedding night. So I am just going to wear something normal and comfy under my gown and switch into something daring, sexy and purple (its my fiancé's favorite colour).

I think my FH would be very caught off guard if i wore some fancy get up and stod in front of him ... he's be like ummm how do i get this thing off... where as I would want to be like a Football defenceman and just tackle tackle tackle and all that fancy lingere would just get in the way ... totally wreck my groove

My FH is beside me on the couch and he saw the pic and said "Why don't you wear that dress! Lmao" He said "Damn! I tried" lol then I said "which would you prefer for the wedding night ?" And in pure male fashion , he responds "Why do I have to choose ?" Lol So maybe get both, one for the wedding night then 1 for honeymoon! Lol

That's good Rosemarie. I saw the video on cbc and I can say that it's great that there are photographers like one that is feature that are helping women with feeling empowered and loving their bodies. I feel it is important that there are services like these out there. I understand the indecisive as I am dealing with too. Polo Park was busy as we were there to purchase my FH ring. I'm not huge fan of that mall as it is too congested with people, I just get there as early as possible so I can get the shopping done. I might check out the place you noted on Academy as I want to get properly fitted for lingerie and hope to find the right one to buy.

I haven't really considered anything much yet for colors, a little indecisive whether or not I wanna have multiple use for it or go for white. I got properly fitted the other day at Eyelet Dove on Academy since I was 'coming out to the world in a much different way" (I needed a better fitting bra)... Holy crap Polo Park was busy! I guess because of the Holiday shopping hours. I got to spin the wheel at La Senza and got 40% off my purchase on top of the in-store deals and saved $81 on two sets plus a free panty.

I'm still debating on that ivory one in my listing, omg. Haha! I really like it though, but I want something a little above what's expected as bra, bustier, merry window, or something simple like a nighty + robe and panties are the norms. I'm still indecisive over this!!! I wanna look BANGING! Even at my current size as I had struggled to come to terms with myself over the years.

Is it bad that I don't want to wear anything? ... I just want my funky panties ... be like surprise lol now let's seal the deal lol ... sorry I'm just a little funny and straight forward that way !

My husband and I went to Victoria's Secret together and I picked out a couple things and then I surprised him the night of the wedding with which one I chose! I went with a light lavender. It was more about what fit and looked good than the colour! (And I def wish I had bought it on sale because of course it was crazy expensive!)

I think I'll probably pick white - it's the only time I'll ever wear white dress or lingerie....might as well go for it.
Or not. Colour might be fun? But my day to day undergarments and lingerie are usually colourful .

Hi Rosemarie, I am thinking I might go for either white or a color based on style and prices. Chances are I might buy this item during sales or if there are better deals online. So far I have checked Ce Soir, Le Vie En Rose and the prices are not bad and within my budget. Are there any places you have consider buying from and color that you wish to have for your lingerie?
