I’m beyond excited about my wedding venue! we just booked it a week ago, I took a few pictures while I was there. No pictures can do it justice though! The walls in the reception room are burgundy and thats one of my wedding colours which is awesome, I can do less accents in burgundy and do more in gold and navy instead since the walls are exactly the burgundy I want!

It is! Most pictures on the internet show the Crystal Ballroom but I was able to find the regency, they recently updated the chandeliers and I believe the carpeting is getting updated!

We haven't really decide but i am leaning towards mississauga grand. Hubby is still deciding that buffet is better than plated since its an African-Caribbean crowd.

This is an old space in Peterborough called the Gordon Best theatre. Tonnes of history for us as a couple as well as for the theatre and music community were so connected to.

2nd Floor Events in Toronto (not my pics) between the ceremony space and the bar they have room dividers. After the ceremony everyone heads to the bar while they transform the ceremony space into the dining space and they raise the dividers. We fell in love with this space as soon as we saw it!

I don’t have a good photo of the reception space, but that’s in the regency ballroom at the same place!

Hessenland Inn near Bayfield, ON! It has the rustic elements we wanted, is steps to the beach, and I'm in love with the vineyards.

Cocktail hour on the upstairs landing by the bar and then the intro starts with your first dance on the lower floor so everyone can look down and watch (with a spotlight) my friends did this and it was SO. BEAUTIFUL. I still tear up thinking about it!
