Last minute little details!

Nadine, on May 7, 2019 at 23:31 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 10
Hey everyone!!
I’m down to the last 3 months!!!!!
With that being said I feel like I have mostly all the important details in place, but I know I must be forgetting some small important details. What are some suggestions that I may be forgetting or haven’t even thought about!?

Lists for last minute details and each section of wedding, reception, decoration, flowers and more can be made to look over and have done to see if something is to be picked up or set up by the vendor at time arranged by them.

This way I had set up 6 bags with lists to go ensure all was put out as planned and in the areas needed. The only rental that was brought was the centerpieces, floral balls and money box. Backdrop was picked up on the way to the venue.

There is still time to make the final arrangements with vendors finalized. Wedding party has got their suits for men and dresses for men and rehearsal timing set to have them all there when you have it.

Amie nailed it with this one.

Only other thing I would probably add is a list of tasks for each bridesmaid to be responsible for. Who will help have the emergency bag, who will have your extra shoes, etc.

I’m at under the 3 month mark too!

    Cake knife and stand?
Wedding day timeline and schedule underway?
    Hair and makeup trial booked?
Alterations for your dress and BMs?
    Guest book?
    Marriage license?
Hotel, if needed for wedding night?
First dance songs and entrance songs?
Are you writing your own vows?
Did you start drafting a thank you speech?
Budget overview - tips for vendors?
    Ring pillow?
    Rehearsal outfit?
    Rehearsal details organized?
Approved song list for DJ or band?
List of emergency contacts for your vendors - the bride shouldn’t be getting calls on her wedding day.
    Final walk through of venue?

I DK if you’re doing this but, something new, borrowed, blue...

    Hope it helps!

I agree with both Becky and Tori, the check list on Wedding Wire is amazing and just go over everything even if you have checked it off.

The papers are your #1. Make sure you have them in a safe spot, have someone remind you the day before about them.

Do you have someone who is in charge of the rings? Have them in a spot so you know where they are closer to the date, and the person who is holding them during the ceremony has them before hand!

The only things that REALLY matter - make sure you have all of your legal papers in order so that you ACTUALLY get married!! lol That's my only concern is going to get the paperwork so that the wedding is legit.

I would check out the wedding wire checklist timeline! It is amazing and lets you know what you should have done by now and what is left on your list!
