Laser Lipo?

Lucy, on March 31, 2018 at 17:27 Posted in Beauty 0 7

Has anyone here had laser lipo? I've got a consultation next week, followed by hopefully my first treatment but I'm not sure what to expect. Did it make your pre-wedding weight loss easier? How many sessions did you have and how much did you lose? How many sessions before you noticed a difference?

Ive also been looking into this. I purchased my dress in a smaller size because I knew I’d be losing weight but I was considering it for some of the tougher spots that don’t slim down as much as I want. It’ll be good to hear your results.

Forgot to add. I didn't have any down time. Every now and then I get a slight twinge in my abs but no worse than what you get from coughing a lot.

I had my consultation and first treatment this week. It was interesting but I haven't noticed any immediate difference, except co-incidentally I am having a much deeper sleep since the treatment.

The way it was explained was that the heat/lasers break down the membranes of the fat cells letting the liquid seep out into your body and you lymphatic system flushes it out. She recommended getting a waist trainer to also help sort of squeeze it into other places away from my stomach area so that's on its way from Amazon.

I purchased a groupon for 3 sessions (yep, discount liposuction!) but she says most treatments take about 16 sessions. Cynical me notes that she has a list of package prices that just happens to already have the price for 16 sessions (about $1000!) with only one smaller packages available (6 sessions for $300).

Luckily there is a loophole in the groupon that I have already confirmed with the Groupon customer service is okay for me to take advantage of. I am only allowed to purchase the offer once every six months, however other people can purchase the offer as a gift for me. So my fiance, mother, father and brother can purchase the groupon through their account and gift it to me which will give me my 16 sessions for less than $300. I haven't told her that I'll be exploiting the ambiguous wording on the coupon yet - waiting to see if the first 3 sessions pay off.

Second session is this week and I should have my waist trainer by then so we'll see if that makes a difference with my results.

Please let me know how your consultation goes!!! My dad was just looking into this for me, and we weren't sure what to expect. I really wanted to get more information, as it seems like they have really developed some technology for noninvasive, quick recovery procedures.

It can depend on the amount you want gone and body shape. Friend had did it and only took her 4 sessions to loose the amount she wanted and she had a health plan to make sure nothing happens that she would gain

I believe it is typically 8 or more sessions for good results. But still have to have a good daily exercise and meal plan or it won't matter much. Just based on what a friend went through.
