Keeping warm on the wedding day

Joey, on October 30, 2017 at 10:25 Posted in Wedding fashion 0 7

Even if your wedding is indoors you want to be comfortable all day and prepared for any possible chilly weather or cold rooms. This is an especially important topic for everyone planning a cold weather wedding. How are you keeping warm?

Will you wear a glamorous fur like Itamara's?Keeping warm on the wedding day 1

Do you have a cardigan, like Victoria's ? Keeping warm on the wedding day 2

Or will you two cuddle up in a big blanket like Jason and Katie?Keeping warm on the wedding day 3

Our ceremony and reception were both indoors, and so we had air conditioning! Didn't have to worry about it being too hot except during photos at the park, but even then, it had just rained during the ceremony and so it was perfect weather outside!

Here's my suggestion; long underwear. LOL. Just kidding, but I like the fur shrug. Don't know how those men managed wearing just a kilt!!

We were pretty lucky on our wedding day that is was quite nice and warming during the day as it was the end of September. I had an ivory cropped cable-knit sweater that my mum gave me a few Christmases ago so I wore that in the evening once it got really cold but I also had a red pashmina.

Our wedding is in the spring so I'm assuming it will be chilly and possibly rainy. If it is yucky outside we will be moving out ceremony indoors to a room held for us the day of just beside the courtyard of where it is supposed to be.

I definitely thought it would have been cold on our wedding day but it was actually very warm for october. If we were to have had a winter wedding I definitely would have done the furry shrug! And I would have given guests nice blankets to keep warm.

We got married in the summer so no need for any of those, but I love the look of the fur shrug. And a blanker for two definitely makes for great wedding pictures.
