I would list the people who you absolutely want to have at the wedding and decide from there. If it is over 15 then go for the 75 people wedding.

I am getting marreid at my school so I can visualize every day where I will put things and how things will go!

We are kind of doing that except not a small wedding, lol... We live in AB and have for years, it is unlikely that most of our friends here will be able to afford to fly to our wedding in NB... So we will be having a party when we get back.

I hear you for sure! I've been to Tofino so I definitely see the appeal! I guess you will just have to go with your gut. When you close your eyes ...Where do you see it happening? That happened to me. I wanted to get married outdoors and then I found a hall between 2 hotels in the middle of the concrete jungle and I saw it all happen in my mind and I knew I found it. Eventhough it was the opposite of what I thought I wanted!

Cant wait to hear which you decide on!! But as the oher ladies said, take your time with it and dont worry you will make the right decison!!

Exactly...lol. I think I may do a vision board of both places Having a visual of both options side by side may be the perfect way for us to decide what we really want.

Thank you!I would marry Greg anywhere We are both super easy going so I know we will have a wonderful day, whatever we decide. But, that's the problem - we can't decide...hahaha. It feels like we have lots of time since we don't plan to get married until May-ish 2018, but then again, if we have to book a venue, time is ticking to secure the venue we want.But, you're right, we will have a perfect day wherever/whenever with whomever is celebrating with us 💜

Haha of course we love when they're supportive of us but sometimes it's like "but what do YOU want?" You still have lots of time so you should continue to think it over and see what's best for your wedding. Don't worry too much about pleasing other people because it's your wedding and at the end of the day, the ones who love you will support your decisions!

For me it was the same!!!!...i went from thinking beach, to manison/outdoor and now we are doing an indoor ceremony in a cafe lol....but thats me i can picture marrying my FH anywhere and planning is so much fun. Once we decided though there was no more going back and forth...i could calm my mind by focusing on other details i needed (and still need) to plan... you have come to the right place, this is a great area to vent your fears and concerns!! Do you have one you like maybe a tad more than the other....or one that fits you more financially? (If that is not to personal). I can definatly relate to getting the disappointment speeches....i got them when i made my guest list 50....(but its what fits us and makes us happy and the ones that love us understand) Also if their one you FH really likes more? Either way you have two good choices and i think both ideas sounds so wonderful ....i hope/know your day is going to be wonderful!!

You're right, my Mom is awesome She says that her and Dad will travel where ever we get married and she couldn't care less how many people are there as long as she is...lol

I love the idea of both places but I don't think it would make sense for our out of town guests. And I don't think our budget will allow for both unfortunately. Greg is being wonderful, as usual, but ultimately, I think he wants to leave the decision up to me. So, for now, I guess I am still pondering! Lol

I think you just need to figure out what you and your FH want most... other people will ALWAYS be disappointed (because someone will inevitably always be left out), you will literally NEVER please everyone, I can promise you that. They both sound completely amazing. I guess maybe just look at your list and think see who you just can't imagine not being there for your wedding... if the lists looks like the small list, then go that route, if it keeps growing then you'll regret doing the intimate wedding. This is an area where it truly comes down to your personal preference (and budget)

Hi Lacey! I think it's definitely normal! Some people may be disappointed but I think it's more important whether or not you and your fiance will be disappointed. If you did the bigger wedding at the brewery, do you think you would regret not doing something smaller at the inn? Or vice versa? Is there a way to use both venues? Like ceremony at the inn and then reception at the brewery? What does your fiance think?

Wedding in Tofino... Reception in Edmonton? My wedding is completely different that what it was to begin with.
