The planning was mostly done with big vendors within 6 months time from 18 months ahead of time. Venue, DJ and Videographer booked.

Florist and Decorator were passed as they were expensive. Centerpeices, floral balls and backdrop were all rented. Smaller items were always purchased online to save more than retail costs. Only other purchase in person was the guest favours.

Don't go for real flowers as they would start at 15 grand; rather go artificial to save 1/3 the cost.

We have the venue for our ceremony and reception (includes catering), photographer, dress and invites.
We know who we want as our officiant but haven’t asked yet, but finding a DJ and MC is sooo hard! Florist and cake in tbe next few months.... and *maybe* videographer if our budget allows it

Yay date twin! So far we have the venue, invites, DJ and I just bought my dress! We have a photographer in mind just waiting to sign the contract! We’re also hoping to do a lot of decor and such ourselves so I need to keep up with that stuff so it doesn’t add up! I hate being rushed so trying to plan a lot with lots of time!

So far we have the venue, photographer, officiant booked. We have our caterer just waiting to sign the contract and put the deposit down. Been talking to a few decorators but have decided to do that our selves. Also been talking to a few DJs will book that next! Invitations are being designed! We're doing a lot of DIY stuff. Will book a florist closer to the time, as well as any other small details. We want to get a lot of the stuff out if the way before the baby arrives, that way it's not all crammed and stressful afterwards.
