Okay ladies ... anyone have their itinerary all ready? Have you written down step by step how your day is going?

If so, and you don’t mind sharing, show pics?

    Yes i do!

start with a empty sheet and write down all the times of things that are for sure and cant change then play around with all the other items and dont forget to include travel times between the venue and photos and the ceremony location etc

The best thing is to start with your ceremony time and work backwards. Make sure you give enough of a buffer for travel, and slow people. Trust me it will be needed.

7:30- 11am - Hair and Makeup Start for Bridesmaids

    11am- 12: Bride getting ready

    12:30 - 1:30 - Groom Getting Ready

    2pm: First Look

    2;30 - 4pm: Bridal Party Photos

    5pm: Ceremony Start

    5:30 - Cocktail Hour

    6:45 - Reception Entrance & First Dance

    7pm: Meal Served

The rest of the night was based off timing for food. my Brother ( Our MC) Had the order of speeches and dances, and timed it perfectly during the meals, once we were done eating

Mine is only roughly mapped out but so far it looks like this:

10:00-2:00 Bridal party hair and makeup

    2:00- Photos and travel buffer

    3:00- Ceremony start

3:45- Cocktail Hour/Photo break (we're sneaking off for photos instead of being at the cocktail hour)

    5/5:30- Grand entrance and dinner

    7:00- Dance party starts

    9:30/10- Late night snack

    11:11- Sparkler exit

We only have the venue until 1am, and guests have to be out at midnight for a 1 hour teardown
