Issues with guests Rsvping

I have had a handful of guests message us to let us know when they searched their name to RSVP that it would not come up. They tried multiple times, I double checked on my end and the spelling was correct for both of us. Has anyone else had this same issue? Is there a way to fix this? It’s going to become frustrating on both ends if this continues to happen.
