Is it possible to make an additional Seating layout (for Bridal shower for example)?

Just wondering if it is possible to make a 2nd seating layout or configuration for an event separate from the venue (bridal shower for example).

Hi Lynnie,

Thanks for the quick reply. So the position I am currently in is I already have a draft of the wedding seating chart (didn't even think to do this for the shower). So I don't want to remove everything or lose any of that work. I know I can export the list to Excel such that I can import it in later, but is there any way to have 2 simultaneously? If you can provide any more step-by-step aid that would be awesome! Thank you!

Hi Peter! You can't set up additional events, but you could definitely use the Table Planner tool to make multiple seating charts!
Just make a seating chart with the guests for your other event (like a bridal shower) and then print or download a PDF of that layout to save it.
