Invite mishap

Hello.

we just sent out our wedding invites and didn't realize at the end after people RSVP it asks them what kind of meat they want? How do we turn this off? We can't find this anywhere

    Hi Ashley! Here's how to remove meal tracking:

    • - Login to your WeddingWire account

    • - Hover your cursor over 'Planning Tools' and click ‘Guest List' from the drop down options

    • - Click into the wedding event you would like to disable meal tracking for

    • - Click the blue 'Settings' text on the right side of the screen

    • - Uncheck the box next to 'Track Meals' and click the blue 'Save' button


    Once Meal Tracking has been disabled for a wedding event, your guests will no longer see the option to choose a meal for that event during the RSVP process. If you still need assistance please reach out to our support team at support@weddingwire.ca!

    Yeah, once the invitation is out, you can't change it. If you want you can just send a follow-up message to your guest.

    I had the same issue and I don’t think you can turn it off. My workaround was adding a menu tab on my wedding website and asking people to indicate any allergies or intolerances there.
