Invitations Out!

Well, although not ALL of the invitations are out - most of them are! Just thought I would share Smiley smile

I hand delivered some of them to my family during Ukrainian Easter and then about 80% were sent out in the mail this past Friday. Only waiting on some family and friends' addresses and last names to send out the last dozen or so.

Here's what they look like:

For the most part we used the template off of vista print but we added in more wording and the flowers on the front Smiley smile

So far we've got 4 RSVP's back! (Although one of them misspelt both my name as well as my FH's...)

    I had a friend from work design some invitations and it was her idea to add flowers - but when we realized she wouldn't be able to get them printed in time we tried to recreate it on Vista Print.

    I love the flower details you added to your invitations! They look very similar to what a friend of mine did (except the flowers add so much to it Smiley smile ).

    Right? And for the older guests I'm just a phone call away! Only problem is when they are also lazy like one so far who just asked if we could send him the hotel info on FB... like... we have a wedding website for that... but okay... also you could call us rather than have your son ask us to send you information.... What can you do though right?

    Yas! I love that you also chose to have your guests RSVP electronically. I'm sending out my invites this week so I'm happy to see you're already getting responses. The invites look great by the way!

    Right??? Like, and the person who didn't spell our names correctly has known me since I was born - almost 22 years already! But it happens a lot, my own Baba (grandma) has spelt my name wrong on birthday cards when I was younger... And at work in emails sent to me they say "Hi Tory, " when my name is in the email address..... People just don't care. That's usually when I go and spell their names wrong right back to them or highlight their spelling error on my name and correct them *politely of course*

    Tori, these are perfect for your theme and venue choice. They look great. I can't believe that there were spelling errors, like your names are on the freakin invitations!

    Oh yes, our guest list is 250 (including the vendors) so we currently have a dozen or so confirmed Smiley smile

    Love this. This was my 2nd option from Vista for my invites. So good choice!

    Amazing that you have gotten RSVP's already too! That's super exciting! Especially since if I remember correctly you have a large guest list. Hopefully the rest come fast!
