Invitations

Hi everyone! I am starting to decide on invites and organize all that goes with it (ie details card, RSVP card).

Some of my guests will not be getting a plus one due to the size of our families. As such I wanted to include something like this on the RSVP: "__ seats reserved in your honor" and if they have a plus one, we'll put a 2 there.

However, I'm wondering if anyone did the same and can post a photo of what the card looked like? I'm having a hard time finding something that will work. Because I also want to ensure those with 2 seats understand they need to put their names on the rsvp as well. I don't want to complicate things but I feel like I need to indicate # of seats or some will assume they get to bring a guest.

Any suggestions or photos would be amazing!

My RSVP card had a line for them to put the names of the people coming, and "accepts or declines"... All you'd need to do is add a small line at the top above the names saying "____ seats have been saved for you".
I did online RSVPs for 90% of my guests, so when they log on, there's no +1 option, they have to look up their S.O.'s name and RSVP for a specific person (who would have been addressed on the invite). We have a no randoms rule: we have to have met you, and know your name/face.

The handful of hard copy RSVPs I got were all filled out correctly, I think it's fairly straight forward. Good luck!

Considering the cost of quantity of each card ordered adds up fast. To create for most efficiency, One card had the Wedding and Reception information for one location and attire. Another for RSVP and ACCOMMODATIONS for our guests to book their rooms according to the pricing. Thank You card and menu cards were done later to follow through and the pattern to flow seamlessly. Vistaprint has amazing deals and wait for half price deals to save the cost.

The way I am doing it is I'm making each invite addressed to very specific people i.e.:

    John Smith & Guest

    or

    John Smith & Rachel Smith

Of course I know doing personalized RSVP cards isn't in everyones capabilities (also can jack the price of invites up quite a bit)

These samples I found online which may be useful! There's a space for "Seats have been saved for you" which I'm assuming there you can hand write if they will be getting 1 seat or 2?
