Including accommodation info with invites

Include a separate insert with the invitations then people can keep the insert with them the day of the wedding too. We included the resort/hotel websites as well as google map links for the directions from hotel to ceremony.

Can you add a slip card in your invite with all the info on there? if not you can add the info on the invitation itself?

Well I was going to say we put that they can find accomodations on our wedding website - but if you don't have one then I would just say it would be best to include an insert that can inform them of their options and the rates.

My venue will be providing me with accommodations cards for anyone wanting to stay there which is handy. I don't have to worry about missing any information.

I’m including a Separate piece of paper with accommodation information on it but in the same envelope as the invitation

We're including our accommodation info on a seperate details card that will be included in the invitation package. It has the access code required for booking at our venue, booking website and phone number (for the less tech-savvy guests), as well as a link to our website which has other hotel options in the area since our venue won't have enough rooms for all our guests.

We also printed our accommodation information on a separate card and are including it in our invitation as a package - so guests will have everything they need in one envelope.

We had 75% of our guest list come from out of town and needed accommodations so we did a separate enclosure card for accommodations info.

You can also have your wedding website on the invitations and then put the accommodations info in a section on your website. Of course, not all guests check out/look at the website so if you don't want guests to miss that info, best bet is to put it on a card.

The accommodations were part of the invite so guests knew in advance the rates and room types to book ahead of time. This way I had the room arranged for my family in one cabin to spend time together and my in laws and our friends near us on the same floor in the main building. Here is how I incorporated the accommodations.
