Importing guest list

Hey Jaime! Sorry you're still running into trouble with this. Have you added all your guests not only to your Guest List, but also to the events, like "Wedding"? You'll need to add your guests to any events within your guest list that you'd like them to be able to RSVP for.

Ok ladies I need some more help lol!

So so I finally got my guest list imported but there are not all showing up for people to RSVP. I’m so confused and not sure what I’m doing wrong

I would think so - I believe the file is Excel so you would most likely need to have that on your computer or maybe your phone? If it is on your phone then I would assume it has to be a laptop/desktop. (Don't know for sure though as I only use the desktop version.)

This is what I keep getting when I try to import. And when I go to settings it doesn’t give me an option to change what the error says. But could it be because I’m using my phone and not a desktop?

View quoted message Yes! I did it this way and it was so much easier. Then I just went through each guest and added their plus ones, and which family side they were in. I put off importing my guest list here because doing it individually was taking too much time.

I believe when you go to planning tools>guests>Import you can download the template and then you should be able to import the guest list - but it has to only have the fields listed in the template. I don't think you can have the physical address listed, you would have to enter those in separately.
