i somehow deleted all my guests that i had entered, is there any way to get them back

Weddingwire doesn't have a recovery option. I suggest for your next round, put everything into a spreadsheet first and then upload said sheet into Weddingwire as opposed to inputting it one at a time. That way, if anything happens you still have your spreadsheet as a backup to re-input info.
