Emilie, on September 6, 2016 at 07:01 Posted in Tech support 0 3

Hi future newlyweds! Smiley heart

When there is so much to do in such a long period of time, it can be hard to keep everything organized. But the key to organization is that it's so much easier when all done in one place!! Here's how you can remember everything and everyone using your My Vendors tools.

Keep it organized, it will make it easier

1. Go the wedding vendors section to find the help you're looking for: your wedding invitations, venues, caterers, wedding planners, ... and everything you need to plan your wedding!

Go to the Vendors section

2. Once you get to the directory, you can filter the vendors in our list by location and service to find the closest one in your area.

Quick tip: You can also click the buttons Images and Maps to view the list under a different angle.

3. When you see a vendor you like in our list, you can click "request pricing" to write them a message directly or save it to call later by clicking the Smiley heart in the upper right corner.

Save it to call later or request pricing now

> If you click request pricing, a box will appear for you to fill with you information and what you would like to know about this vendor.

> If you click save, this vendor will get save to My Vendors in your planning tools.

4. From your My Vendors section, you can all the vendors you booked or saved.

5. And most importantly you can manage and keep track of all the vendors you like, write notes, discussion status, prices, or call and message them directly.

Keep track of your vendors

    Hi Valerie! Smiley heart

I can imagine that since you're doing so many things yourself, you would want to be able to follow up on what is done or have to look for help from a vendor. Is that what you're looking for? If so, you could also add that in your To-Do list since you can modify it (add and delete things). That way, you'll know what vendors you are missing and what aspects you are doing yourself. I love the vendors tool! Though I wish there was a way to select like "DIY" or soemthing so that it doesn't look like I'm missing vendors, without having to create a fake vendor that is just me.
