How to edit personalized message for vendors

How can I send a personalized message to a group of vendors? Wedding wire is curating a message for me which I don't like. I have to delete it and write my message for each vendor which is frustrating.

    I also found it annoying, I created a generic message that I liked and cut and pasted it
