How to delete a table in the seating plan

Reset configurations..still will not work.

Hi T! You can try the same on your Chrome browswer to do a reset. It might that a puggin isn't complatible with our site. Try to go to Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Default configuration. Let me know if this works!

Hi Diana! The pop ups are essential to delete tables using Chrome. If the box doesn't show, you can go to Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Default configuration. Let me know if this works!

I cannot delete tables either. I am using Chrome, I renabled pop-ups and chrome browser indicates javascript error? I have the latest update.

Hi Diana, can you tell me which browser you are using? Are you accessing the website from Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome?

I will play aroung with it and see what I can come up with ... out set up is a little unique

Hey Natasha, you could still do it using the tool although your table won't look round on the plan. This will help you also planning your guests table too. Here's an example I made for you:

I dont think I will be able to use the seating plan .. as I need a round sweetheart table with only two chairs ...

Hi Natasha, yes there is!

You can insert in your seating plan round or rectangular tables and then choose how many seats to insert.

The only thing though is that the round table has a minimum of 6 chairs, but you can add as few as you want for the rectangular ones.

How does your seating plan look s like so far? How many tables do you have?

Hi Diana! Sorry for not seeing this earlier. When you want ot reply to a comment, you can click "reply" that way I'll get a notification to make sure I get your answer When you click on the "bin" icon, you should get a pop up asking if you really want to delete that table. Can you see that pop up window? If not, let me know! Make sure your browser allows pop up windows. Feel free to take a screen shot of what you see and include it in here Hope this helps!

I see that but it wont allow me to delete for some reason

I'm glad you're reaching out about this! It's actually all in the icons. Can you see the "bin" icon when you go over the table you want to delete?

When you click on it, a message will appear asking if you really want to delete this table. Once, you click "Ok" this table will get deleted. Does that work on your side?
