How soon after sending invites do you get rsvp's?

I had the same issue! We sent out our invites like 2 months prior after already sending our save the dates months before that and I had to constantly remind people to RSVP (I got a lot of "oh I actually have to click rsvp" -_-) sigh...anyway I did mind digitally via email so the system I used allows you to set up reminders and I just kindly let everyone who had not RSVP'd that if they do not by the deadline their invitation would be extended to someone else.

We checked in with everyone. A couple of my invitations came back in the mail - which I'm sure is rare but check in if you're looking for numbers. We did & had a great turn out last weekend.

I had to send reminders as half of our guestlist hadn't responded by 2 weeks before the RSVP-by date 🙄 (after sending out the invites 2 months prior)

As long as the deadline has not passed, don't stress over any one who didn't respond.

Thanks for your insight everyone! I’m the type of person to reply asap, and with my mom asking almost every day I’ve definitely been feeling a bit stressed out. I’ll give it a couple of more weeks before I let it get to me lol 😂

For me, I sent physical STD in January, with access to our website to rsvp. I got about 25% of responses back immediately. Early July I sent out virtual invitations and we are now over 50% confirmed. 99% of our non-responders we know are coming, they just haven't clicked yes (like one of the groomsmen/MC hasn't rsvp'd but like he will be there haha) its that 1% we will need to push when we need to submit numbers.

I sent out my save the dates (100) in February and I had to message 35 people last month to get them to rsvp lol my wedding is in September! But everyone’s rsvpd now so I’m glad I messaged people a couple months before my wedding so I didn’t have to worry about it

We only got a few back quickly. A week before the deadline we were still waiting on about 90% of RSVPs. But I did send everyone a reminder one week before the deadline and within 2 days almost everyone responded

I only sent out the STD and got a few RSVP's and some telling me they got them and they matched well with my website. Now taking peoples advice into consideration when to send out the actual invitations, some say Feb 2023 and some say 3 months before the wedding. Who knows.

We got a few right away but everyone else was like 2 weeks before the deadline
Just remember people have to get time off work get accommodations etc. Don't worry too much! They will reply!
