How much is your family involved in your wedding planning?

Hi community Smiley heart

Nelly's posts about families really made me think about how much families can be a big part of our wedding. It also depends on how much we actually want them involved. Smiley winking

I honestly don't want my family helping except my aunt, and with his family I would love his sisters and mothers help. The reason I don't want help is because my side tends to be very controlling and it would wind up being their wedding by the end of it!

Everyone is involved even cousins and uncles. Everyone adds their own touch for the wedding and that really makes me happy to see. It's more coordination job for me and my fh but we all love to have everyone there and helping Smiley smile

For the family side, my mom has be a little bit helpful, my mother-in law has been giving my some assistance along with my MOH. My brother has been actively assisting me with finding vendors and my fiancé has been supportive with ideas and decision making.

Our parents and grandparents are really involved in helping us financially with our wedding. My mom and future mother in law came wedding gown shopping with me.
