How much flowers can $2500 budget get us?

This 100% depends on what you want: how much, how big, what kind of flower, etc...

For example, I got my bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, 11 boutonnieres and 2 corsages through Valley Flowers (Costco's floral company) for $425 taxes in. They have roses, carnations, eucalyptus berries, hypericum berries, thistles, and come tied with satin ribbons and pearl pins.

My venue is fairly "self-decorated"... wood beams, twinkle lights, stone fireplaces... and my centrepieces will be made by me, and I'm making pinecone "bouquets" for the vases, with candles and the table numbers. So I won't be ordered any additional floral.

If you go with seasonal flowers, smaller pieces, and a well priced vendor, you can get a LOT for that budget... or you can end up at a place that overcharges, and you want orchids, and you essentially get your bouquets and one centrepiece... haha.

To answer your question, for that amount, you should be able to get all of your bridal party flowers, as well as your centrepieces (if you have less than about 20 tables).

If you have a larger guest list, you can always just add flowers to your centrepieces, rather than making them all flowers (cutting costs). Or utilize fillers (baby's breath, for example).

Costco Flowers : They deliver for free and actually have some amazing packages.

Costco can also do some slight adjustments with colours. For example the photo below is my wedding package, it's called their Garden Collection. But my wedding is in January and our colours are black, navy and silver... so everything that can come in white will be white, and there will be pops of the blue thistles in it. No pinks or peaches!

I bought my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquet, boutioneeres online with silk flowers months ago and that was all about 400 through etsy!
