    We had a three tier cake. 4", 6", 8". The 8" tier was fake. The 6" tier was for cutting, and the 4" tier was to save. My sister took the top tier for me (we left on our honeymoon), and she fell on it in the limo.... It's kind of mushed into a giant cake pop right now. I think we're gonna just have it on Valentine's Day instead.

    We also had mini cupcakes in 3 different flavours.

    Zero. We skipped the cake since I can’t eat it. Our dessert buffet did have a couple small cakes though.

    Unfortunately the logistics of getting our favourite cake to our destination wedding city are too intense, so no cake for us!

    BUT we CAN'T WAIT to get back from our wedding weekend celebration, and make a trip to Burlington for our first "Nothing Bundt Cake" as a married couple. He's American, and we both love that bakery in Texas, so I was excited to recently learn that a franchise had recently opened nearby.

    We'll make a day out of it and road trip to Burlington for the mini's and a maybe a larger one to freeze.Smiley cake

    We'll have 1 tier but cupcakes to go along with it! I'm thinking 165-180 cupcakes for around 145 guests.

    Does a 7 tier cupcake tower count!? We’re planning on doing a cupcake tower with a 6 inch cake on top to cut. But if we did have a cake, I’d want 3 tiers!

    We're having three tiers, for about 120 people. Top is gluten-free vanilla (for me), middle is red lemon (for him), and the bottom is chocolate (for everyone else).
