How long to give a coordinator time to reply

For any vendor, if they do not reply within 5 days, I move on.

I got instant reply but they were in renovation mode and wedding season hadn't started. Now I am patiently waiting since I know they are still busy. I'd wait a couple days.

I would the coordinators would be busy at time as couples getting the day to celebrate along with their personal time for the season. A few days should be enough to get a reply. There is no reply by then, move on to another and try them.

I would give it a few days. Vendors can take a bit to reply plus this is the time of year that they may be away for personal time because this is the off season. I know even some of my vendors took up to 5 days to reply

Time of the year also make a big difference. Some vendors take time off this time of year, when the season is low. One of my vendors had an auto-reply stating 5-8 days replies.

Welcome to Weddingwire! I'm like you, I dont like to wait too long. Most vendors do reply within a reasonable time then some take a bit longer. Longest I waited was about 5 days and then I reached out if they hadn't. How long has it been?
