How long before the wedding did you create your wedding website?

We didn't create a wedding website.

I started working on my website about 11 months before the wedding but will not share until closer to the wedding.

Ummm.... before I was engaged... haha. *Crazy alert*... I had to create a new account when we actually got engaged!

I will add details as we go, but it's already started.

Like the day before we sent out our Save The Dates! So about 7 months before our wedding.

I made a personalized website URL with WeddingWire way before that (so we could share the link on our save the dates as well), but I put off actually designing and completely the website until the very last minute!

I wasn't originally planning on having one but as time goes on I think I'm going to cave. Seems like a much easier way for guests to have access to necessary information. We'll probably include the URL on our invites, which I'm planning to send in June - so 4-5 months in advance.

I've started but I'm still working on it, hoping to "launch" (i.e. send the link to guests) in April so a month

Started when I was fiddling around this site getting, to know it. So about a 2 yrs earlier.

No wedding website for us! We wouldn't get any use from it

We created a site as soon as we started planning and had a venue booked, we had eveeryone RSVP through our site so was a great tool to have. Plus people always loose the invite so it's nice for them to have somewhere to go for all the details on the day.

I don't think we'll be creating a website for our wedding. I mean, I've played around with the templates offered by wedding wire, but I don't believe we'll be needing it.

I don't have a website yet... we figure our guests will have all the information they need from the invites and from word of mouth as they only consist of 40 family members. We're still unsure on registry and don't really want to put too much information about the wedding on a website that other people can find and read (our blank website from the Knot shows up when you google search one of our names!).

We've started it- but we use the knot- much more options and easier to build then wedding wire- however i prefer wedding wire for everything else. we still have to finalize a couple things on the website and will be doing it this week. Wedding is September 1st.

We did it fairly early in because we have a lot of guests from out of town. It was a great way to keep everybody in the loop about everything, including our stag and doe last year.

Still haven't done this! We'll probably create our wedding website once we sent out our STD's (14 months before the wedding).

My brother-in-law made us a website as an engagement gift so we pretty much had one from the beginning.

I have already worked on my wedding website and will continue to add as more things happen. We haven't had our engagement photos done yet. Once I send out the wedding invitations, people will see it more as it is the way I am having them rsvp to the event.
