How early should I book hair and makeup?

Hello!
I am getting married September 2023. I have come to realize that everything so far has had to be booked this early in advance.
How early would you suggest booking or looking into hair and makeup?

    I am getting married September 2023 and I already have everything booked and some of them I had to look at other options.

    So the sooner the better do not follow the suggested timelines.

    I booked mine 9 months before. Now that was for 2020, so I've had them booked for our postponed dates also very far in advance. From what I hear, 2023 is starting to book up already.

    Hey! I am getting married in August, 2023 and I booked my hair and make-up in May. I will be in a small tourist city though, so I did it as soon as I can because I did not want to have to worry about paying for someone to travel all the way out there.

    I would book as soon as you can. Dates and vendors are filling up super fast these days. You don't want to be scrambling last minute to try and find someone. I know my makeup lady is almost fully booked for 2023 already!
