How do you stay in touch with your wedding party?

What do you use to make plans and keep in contact with your wedding party? Email? A group text? A private Facebook group? What is the easiest way to keep everyone organized?

We have a Whatsapp group.. you can “star” messages and it’s easy to find conversations. You can also see who has seen the messages. Not everyone in our party has Facebook

I would suggest a WhatsApp group chat over a FB group.

We have a Facebook message for everyone. And another one with just the female bridesmaids, to organize things like dress fittings with out bugging the boys! Works well as you can see when and who has seen the message and tag people so it comes to their attention.

Just texting! I might make a Facebook group when we get closer or start to plan more things but this has been working well for us!

Group chat on Facebook. I also talk to them on a regular basis and if there is ever a wedding related thing I'll slip it in

So far, I haven't really. First thing we are doing together (minus one out-of-towner) is my bridal dress appointment next weekend. And I asked each one in person and stared them down til they put it in their calendar... (for good reason, both my sisters almost booked trips that weekend).

I figure we'll start some sort of chat convo... one sister doesn't use FB so we'll have to go with What's App or something...

Well, the kids are part of it so that's easy... and then my sister, and brads friend. So really its not too tricky, I just message my sister on FB messenger, and brads friend on there as well and text.

Both my now-husband and I used email to contact everyone. It was easiest, especially when we had our parents in the correspondence, who aren't great with Facebook Messenger.

I also found out that my bridesmaids had a facebook messenger group to plan my bachelorette, and they continued it afterwards to discuss things with my MOH and then she brought the questions to me. Super convenient, and a lot less work for me!

Right now, we're just using Facebook Messenger. I have a group with my girls and I believe they have one without me. My fiance's boys are a bit harder to corral... None of them use anything except texting...
