How do i make the Rsvps work?! This is so frustrating

I have uploaded my guest list to your system but when the guest types their name into the RSVP section of my site, it says their name doesn't appear.

Please get into touch with me ASAP before I just find another site to use. This should be an easy function and not so complicated.
