Via email, text/ call and in person. I have a few that live 8+hours away so in person isn't possible.

I just asked most of them in person and one I asked by phone due to dismissing one who was a no show.

I just asked them. I ask the MOH in person and I asked my bridesmaid via text.

I made up these little boxes. It had a rose, a ring pop, a shot glass, a team bride bracelet, and a frame asking them to be my bridesmaids and my MOH. I have photos of two of them. I also put in gold confetti and their initals in gold letters because the colours of my wedding are purple with gold accents.
