Hotel rooms near by

Thank you everyone! I'm waiting to hear back from the hotel if they provide inserts - I know they provide a group number for the rooms we blocked off but didn't mention inserts.

I already have my invitations so if the hotel doesn't provide inserts, I'll probably make my own

My hotel does inserts, but if they don't, you can definitely send out another sheet of paper, you can probably order one to match your invitations.

Thank you all for the suggestions! I will find out if the hotel has inserts and if they don't, probably write something on a desperate paper to send with the invite (I already ordered the invitations before we decided which hotel). I have a lot of older relatives that don't use computers so email won't work or I would do that.

I worded it on my invite as: Please visit www.________.com for more info & to RSVP. And I have a left a section on my website for "Hotel Room" there my guests will find ALL the info they need, including cut off date, group name, and room types

I had a second card with our last names to reserve the rooms under the room blocks. This way they knew what the prices were and which bed types to book.

Talk to the hotel. They might have an insert you can include. The hotel we blocked off offered us inserts for mailing with invitations.

I would include it with the invitation maybe a separate sheet with directions and information so they can always take that sheet with them as a reminder of where to go and etc
