After the wedding comes the honeymoon - a romantic vacation for you and your new spouse to decompress after the wedding and spend time together. We want to hear all about the awesome trip that you have planned!

While you're on your honeymoon will you go on any little excursions? Trips to experience nearby towns, adventures in remote locations, a day of exploration? What side trips are you taking?

    We rented a car and explored all around Tuscany, not sure if that counts as an excursion.

    I'm so upset! There was ONE excursion I definitely wanted to do, a Champagne Snorkel tour (dangerous sounding, I know).... it was only for 20 guests, you take a private yacht to a bay, snorkel, and then enjoy open bar/champagne and light snacks as you cruise around the island of Antigua.... It sold out before I thought to book it...

    We'll look for some other ones... snorkelling, sting ray experience, etc... I want to leave some days open to explore on our own too.

    For the excursions, we booked three different ones: a day on ATVs exploring one of the islands, a snorkelling excursion with lunch on an island and a half-day zip-lining adventure.

    Definitely! Our travel agent gave us some for free if we decide we want to do them. I'm sure we will find some on our own as well.

    If it's safe to leave the resort we will be doing horseback riding, swamp tour, ATV or buggy tours

    We aren't sure yet but we do know that we want to check out the Arenal volcano and the hot springs for sure!

    We have no idea what excursions we will be doing yet... We want to get a bunch of hiking in at Scotland's Cairngorms National Park (we will be staying in the cabin on a lake in the park for 2 weeks) and we want to visit and tour a lot of whiskey distilleries!

    Our other excursions will really depend on what countries we decide to go to.

    We're going to be doing quite a bit... I think I wrote it in another post, whoops.

    - Jungle Trekking

    - Sail Boat days

    - Scuba Diving

    - Snorkling

    - Hanging with Orangutans

    - Exploring ancient temples

    - Biking through rice patties

    - Hiking to waterfalls

    - Driving down a river


    I'm sure we'll get up to more.
