Honeymoon - Long or Short?

Long? I was gone a total of 17 days. It was amazing!

We spent 5 nights at the hotel we got married in. I only get one more week for holidays this year. So We are going to go away for 2 weeks on our one year anniversary. We went to book the other day, but she said to come back July to book

Because I was moving countries to be wish my husband and due to him taking the rest of his vacation for the wedding, we decided to just do a weekend thing last fall and then wait a year until he finished his training program before going to France for 1.5 weeks. Then a trip to Dubai the following month. So pretty much just celebrating the honeymoon and 1 year anniversary altogether.

I think the plan is to do 3 weeks around Asia so definitely long!

We are thinking of doing a cheaper 5-7 day camping trip after the wedding, then planning on doing a more official honeymoon a little after or before our 1 year anniversary. That will allow for us to save up some money after wedding costs but still allows for us to have some one on one as a new married couple as well as celebrate our 1st year.

I miss hoping for long!!!

Hopefully longer but we haven't started looking into honeymoons yet.

We are doing a short 1 week honeymoon in December and then doing a longer honeymoon to Ireland a little after that

Probably a short mini-moon...cause who even has money left after a wedding??

We will have 2 weddings one in Canada and we will go for a mini moon for 4 days then we will have another wedding in the Philippines a month after and we will spend 10 more days there in a resort.

We're gone on ours for roughly 10 days so long!

Long. We'll be going away for 2 weeks and it will be lovely

Ours will be about 9 days so I think it's on the longer side

Itll be short... 3 or 4 nights. Im not ready to leave the kids for much longer than that.

We’re thinking of doing about a 4 or 5 night cruise so short to medium ish I think

Short - 4 days. Just heading to the city for some r and r and do anything we normally don’t get a chance to do.

10 days to 2 weeks so I'd say long.

We're hoping to do two weeks. We probably won't do the honeymoon till later in the year though and not right after the wedding. We have to save up for it but also the best time to go there is when it is winter here and we'll be getting married in June. We might do a mini moon right after the wedding though.

We have nothing planned for a honeymoon. We will probably skip it and plan a big trip later on.

Long! We will be doing 2 weeks most likely in Mexico

Short. We did a mini moon and are now planning our one year anniversary trip!

At this point, non-existent. There's potentially some big life changing events happening later this year, which would take a lot of our time. So we're putting our honeymoon plans on hold for the time being.

Long! we’re planning for 14-16 days!

Short then long. We are doing a mini-moon right away, for just 6 days, then taking 3 weeks in Italy (maybe) in September.

We did a short mini-moon right after the wedding (three days, two nights in Whistler), then a longer real honeymoon at the end of January (10 night Caribbean cruise, which was perfect - not too long or too short!)

Short 1 week of barely doing nothing and being with the dogs as usually. We went to the boat and stayed in for 1.5 days of rain and then the last 2 days in town to take our dogs for a nice long walks and dining/enjoying the sunny day.

LONG. 3 weeks in Europe! We might just not come back either ha ha.

Long! Ours is going to be two weeks.

Our honeymoon will be 7 days; I wish it could’ve been longer, though!

Not sure yet, we will for sure take at least the Monday off after our wedding but I may still have to go to school so no point in taking a mini moon unless I'm not.

Short- If we do a honey moon it would be a mini or just even a day trip adventure.
