help with profile pic on my planner

Hi tech people!

i cant seem to be able to add my picture in my planner...

profile picture image not loading

profile picture image not loading

it can load my picture but hen when cropping the image the window just goes away and i have to do it again without being able to press ok... so im not able to load my image.

could you help please??
