Help with Decorators- I am not finding a decorator that has everything I'm looking for

Why dont you make a list of all the decor items you want and then email a bunch of decor companies and see who has all the items you want. thats what i did and i found everything with one lady!

Nothing wrong with using two if they can't supply all of what you need.

I would for sure double check to make sure they don't have all of what you need at both places - but if they don't then simply request to rent what it is they do have and that's all they need to know.

I would only specify what you want done and the items your interested in. The best way to let them know is if they ask you. Otherwise its best not to say anything else beyond your means.

I would ask about other items your interested if they have and price wise to match your style upon availability.

What would be the best way to tell them I would like one to use some of their services and not all of them? Should I tell them I am having another company do the rest?

Decorators can be as many as you need on your bases for what your getting done. One focuses on the Head Table as the other focuses on the rest. This way they don't clash or get in each others way. There is no wrong in having 2 decorators at the venue.
