Could you clarify what exactly you're trying to do? I'm not sure if you meant "owe venue" or "own venue". If you can also clarify what tool you're using (Budget, Checklist, Vendor manager, etc.) that would be helpful!

Do you mean when you are due to make a deposit to your venue?

If so you just open up your checklist and then click to add a new item (the plus sign) which is in the top right corner of the screen on the App. Then you just set up the timeline as to when it is due. Hope that helps!
