The blue/purple bouquet doesn't have enough warm tones so it doesn't work with the champagne dress and warmer skin tone. It's too harsh. B is softer and the bright pink peonies add enough contrast and drama to perfect her look (and the softer white and blush flowers complement the lighter colours in her dress.
