Help! Late lunch ideas anyone?

My fiancé and I are getting married in September 2021. We are having some difficulty deciding on what to do for late lunch. I originally thought of food trucks but there are so many options out there, it’s overwhelming. With covid, I worry about everyone feeling comfortable taking part in a taco bar, nacho bar, etc... and would like to opt in a served snack.
