Thank you everyone for your responses. I have decided to wear another wide legged pantsuit in a pale olive green, with black shoes and a black jacket to the wedding. Better safe than sorry.

Good morning, yes I have. I am still wearing a wide legged pantsuit, but it is in a pale olive green, black shoes, black jacket. I really wanted to wear the other pantsuit, because I felt pretty in it. I will find somewhere else to wear it. Thank you so much for asking. I have never gotten online to ask a question. I wouldn’t if I were you. I know that every bride is different, but it’s her day to wear white and you should check with her if you plan to go ahead with it.

I agree with the others, if you know the bride, ask her and see what she says.

If you don't know the bride and you're questioning your outfit, I would consider wearing something else. Usually if you think the outfit is too white, it probably is.

If you have a picture of the jumpsuit in question, post it up here! As brides, we might be able to offer input on whether it'll be okay or not.

I agree with Tori. I would ask the bride. I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone wearing white unless it was primarily another colour. Like 20-80 ratio 20 being the white portion. But that's just me so it depends on the bride. Pantsuits are cool. I mean some brides even wear them so I think that's appropriate.

The jumpsuit is fine - I can't see anybody being upset with somebody for not wearing a dress (as long as it's still fancy and wedding appropriate of course).

As for the off white - does it cover most of the dress? That's usually what I go based off of. Even then feel free to reach out to the bride! I would rather you ask if it were my wedding. Like at my FH's cousin's wedding there were a few people wearing off white dresses with floral on it and at least one of them were "too white" for my liking.
