Help=changed to new device

Hi, I've changed to a Samsung and installed wedding wire. I logged on and all my information is goneSmiley sad

However, on the computer, all info is still there. How do I get the info to transfer?

    It should be just by signing in with your email, if you go to the desktop account that you are logged into already you can see which email you used and/or link it to your Facebook or google account.

    Just have to click the arrow near your profile pic in the top right corner, and in the pop-up your settings gear should be there for you to access.

    I would try logging out and logging in again. I have weddingwire on my samsung phone and my ipad and I have never had an issue.
