Help!

Why won't the seating chart option work? I just keep getting redirected to the guest list. HELP!!

    Hi Krista! First you need to enable the Seating Chart option in your Guest List Event Settings, and then you'll be able to access the Seating Chart!!

    Here's how:

    • - Log in to your WeddingWire account
    • - Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Seating Chart'
    • - Click the name of the event you’d like to enable a seating chart for
    • - Click the blue ‘Settings’ link on the right side of the page across from the name of the event
    • - Click the box next to ‘Create Seating Chart’
    • - Scroll down and click ‘Save changes’

    I have only been using the desktop computer on multiple browsers and computers.

    I don't believe it's a feature on the app. Works best on a desktop.
