Has anyone's (or their husband) wore a dark purple suit?

My fiance is toying with either wearing grey, or a very dark purple (Indochino has a dark plum, or Eph Apparel has a midnight purple). Has anyone worn a purple suit? I am looking to see how it looks, and how you matched it with the bridal party

No but i googled some pictures it looks so nice!! i would think a champagne would go well with the BMs

We are doing a dark burgundy and the guys got their suits from RW and CO. For the bridesmaid I gave them a dusty rose pallet to choose from. Everyone will be in different colours. I would suggest googling dusty purple pallets.

I think those look really sharp! They would go well with the colour combo you have. The only way it might be troublesome is dependent on the complexion of the men wearing them, but as long as it doesn’t redden their skin, you’d be good to go!

Something similar to these shades? The rest of the guys would wear grey. Girls would maybe wear "fog" (look at Azazie), which is a purple toned grey.
