I don't think that's alot. I've had some quotes for just the makeup near $200.

This is what I have in mind very simple look

Sounds around the right price range, I’m paying around that for mine also plus additional for tip. I personally decided to opt out of the trial as I’ve seen my hair & makeup artists work and have selected fairly basic hair and makeup and am confident she will be able to do achieve the look that I want, also wanted to save a bit of the costs as it was about half the price of the day of price

For both that does not sound like a lot I had quotes for only makeup that is more expensive than that!!

I’ve been checking out multiple companies - luckily most have their prices on their website. And I found most were $130-170 per service (make up and hair). Of course you always have to factor in where you are getting married (Canmore for me so it’s usually higher priced). But that sounds like a great price to me!

Fiancee paid $400 for hair and makeup but this is Toronto pricing and from what she told me, that's average.

Sounds right to me. I'll be paying $220 +tip for my hair and makeup just for myself and that's roughly what I was budgeting for anyway. It'll also depend on how intricate and detailed you want your hair and what kind of makeup you go with such as airbrush over foundation kind of thing.

View quoted message That was just for me and just for wedding day. My trial was an additional $150 which was a shock honestly, but it was necessary to get the look right.

Is this price for you or for your bridesmaids or the same for both? I’m paying 150 for my hair (includes trial) but bridesmaids pay $75. For makeup bridesmaids and myself both pay $70, my trial is $55.
Both my MUA and hair stylist are based out of London, Ontario. I think location is definitely significant with pricing.

Sounds about right. My hair was $150 and makeup was priced at about $80 (I did my own though). Don't forget the tip in the budget 😉
