Guests missing menue selection when Rsvp'ing

I've had a large number of guest forget to indicate their menue selection, with most of them all having an allergy! Why is this happening? Is it over the phone it doesn't work? How do I fix this so everyone clicks the menue options? I have about 15% back and do not want to message everyone to let me know what their dietary needs are.

    Hi Chelsea! All of your guests should see the menu options when RSVPing online!!

    I checked your settings and it looks like everything is correct on your end (and it's just user error from your guests), but you can reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@weddingwire.ca for their guidance as well!
