Guestbook: Yea or Nay?

Super excited to not go the traditional route with an actual book.

Ordered this off Etsy (with my personalizations of course) and couldnt be more excited!

Yea, but we went with a non-traditional route and had all of our guests sign a decorative canvas for us to hang in our house.

Yes, I like the traditional book an will be doing it!!

We will not be having a book, we will have guests sign "jenga" tiles as we love board games

Definitely a non-traditional one if we do. I'm thinking about doing a canvas wrap of one of our engagement photos and having people sign it... Or I'm going to look into frames with large white matting, and put a wedding photo in it later.

We wanted to do one that wasnt a book. I saw a shadow box full of wooden hearts that people can write on and then you can hang it on the wall. I think its a lovely idea.

We didn't do one because we were such a small number but I thin they're a great idea!

Most likely “nay.” While I understand the appeal, my fiancé and I feel it’s just another thing that’ll collect dust as the years pass.

Traditional guestbook. I actually really like this idea, and my FSIL has kept hers, it's filled with really sweet messages.

Not a traditional guestbook. Either a wooden sign with our initials and date, or the first initial of our last name for people to sign.

Yes! But our Guestbook is a coffee table book about Vancouver Island. We’ll invite guests to sign the pages.

Skipping but keeping - not a book for guests to sign but something else. Don't know if it will be a picture of the constellation of our wedding night or the more common big piece of wood with our last name initial "D". But something that isn't a book.
