Guest List - Sections questions

Hi Becky! What Tori mentioned here should work – if you click into the Reception tab of the Guests tool first, and then use the Add Guest function, if you add a new guest there they should only be listed in the Reception event, not the Wedding! However, if you select a guest from that popup that's already been added to the Guests tool, this won't change their status in any other events.

Keep in mind that the Overview tab will show all guests for all events, so any guests added to your Guests tool in any capacity will be listed there.

I had just took the screenshot like that. I was getting confused because I would add guests and didn't know where they went. I realized that when you add a guest and I am in the Reception section. It automatically adds to the overview and then I need to click add guest again and search for their name to add them in. I find that very repetitive- I believe this only really happens though when their is a plus one. It didn't automatically add to the list.

Not sure if able to follow what trying to say lol

I notice you have "Overview" highlighted - make sure you click Reception first, then click on the "+ guest", then at the bottom of the pop-up there is the option to pick "add new guest", fill out the info and then add! It should only add to the one event.
